Thank you for shopping at Furniture Instaawork. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund according to the policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

  • A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided.

  • The return request must be submitted within 7–14 days after delivery.

Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling may not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Used or assembled furniture items

  • Products damaged due to customer negligence


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your furniture arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team via email.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will provide return instructions.

  4. Ship the product back to our return address.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact our support team.
